7. Returns & Refunds
- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@woovle.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of profit or revenue
- Any damage arising from use of our products beyond their intended purpose
