• We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@woovle.com with:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
